Meet our Outstanding Shoe Fitters

Cheri Matheson

Cheri has been working for SHOES-n-FEET for eight years, two as a franchise owner and now as manager of the Tacoma store.  “What’s my favorite part of the job?  Actually making a positive difference in people’s lives,” says Cheri.    As a two-time participant in the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk, Cheri has experienced first hand the importance of great fitting, supportive shoes.

Rosalind Doneen

Roz’s best experience as a shoe fitter happens on a daily basis when she is able to properly fit customers and assist them in finding the best shoe/arch support/sock for their particular foot.  “It makes a difference to me when the customer walks away without their feet hurting,” she says.  “Not to mention it’s a snap selling the fabulous shoes we carry.”  Roz’s background in natural therapeutics and balance complements her shoe fitting skills.

Carol Traulsen

Carol has been with SHOES-n-FEET in Tacoma for nearly four years.  Her favorite part of the job is seeing the relief on a customer’s face when he or she puts on a shoe that doesn’t hurt.  “First there’s an “Ahhhhh,” then they smile!  It’s very gratifying,” says Carol.  “When you work for SHOES-n-FEET, people come back to tell you you’ve changed their lives by relieving their pain.  It doesn’t get any better than that!”

  Angela Ingram

As our “floating” shoe fitter, Angela works in both our Federal Way and Tacoma stores where she is also in charge of ordering and inventory control.

“Shoes are my passion,” says Angela, “and making people feel good in them is my hobby.”    Being able to inform and educate customers about their feet and the supportive shoes that will help them is why she loves working at SHOES-n-FEET.
