I was highly impressed with Carol Traulsen at the store in Tacoma. She was very informative and personable. I felt a little unsure before going, not knowing really how to explain my special need, but carol was amazing, she asked the right questions and I truly felt she understood what I needed. So because of her I found the perfect shoe for work. This was just yesterday I went and I have already told 12 people at work. So here’s to you Carol and of course Dr.Scott for recommending SHOES-n-FEET to me in the first place, I love my new shoes, and will be back in to get my second pair in about 2wks. thank-you Shauna Nelson

My 91 year old mom and I loved the customer service and care given to us at the store in Tacoma today. Mom is still where her new shoes tonight around the house and is very stable--these shoes will save her from having to get a walker since her balance is good and she feels secure walking in these shoes. Thank you so much for all your help and advice--Mom got 2 pairs of great shoes and I got one to help me survive the Bay to Breakers in SF next month. Mom will be back again to see you!! Carol waited on me and she was very patient and knew exactly what I needed. If I asked about a shoe that wasn't right, she explained why it would be a good shoe for me. I think she tried at least 20 pair of sandals and was very patient since I was having a hard timing making up mind. In the past when I went shopping for shoes, I was lucky if the shoe store even had one pair in my size let alone 20 and, often they would try to sell me a pair that wasn't my size. I have always hated shoe shopping since I was 10 years old but I had such a great experience with SHOES-n-FEET, I wish I could afford more. I will definitely be back in the Fall when I will need some shoes for the winter. That is unless I win the gift certificate and then I may be back right away. Again Carol was great and I actually had fun buying a pair of shoes, actually 3 pairs of shoes.
