Are you looking for some new Strength Training motivation during the cold weeks coming ahead? Look no further, SHOES-n-FEET presents the second session of the Stronger Runners Training Program, starting again December 12, 2018!

Our Stronger Runners Training Program is a Functional Circuit Training Program that gives a variety of balance exercises, TRX-Suspension Training, dumbbell weight exercises and bodyweight movements. This program is designed to be all-inclusive in a supportive environment, indoors or outdoors. All workouts are based on time rather than repetitions, with each exercise being modifiable to suit your needs. We mix it up, using minimal equipment inside or using nature as our gym. Tuesday mornings will start up with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a 45-minute Circuit Training Program, and cool down. We encourage the group to go on a run afterwards but this is not mandatory.

Time: 6:30 PM

Cost: $35 for the 5-week Circuit Training Program.
