Hello Dean. Just a note to say how very, very pleased I am to have discovered you! Actually, my podiatrist sent me to you....and for the first time since 2002 ...I am pain free! This is amazing....I just realized that it has been about three months since I was reduced to tears of pain while walking. I love the shoes that I purchased there, and...I can't believe that you could even make my favorite Channel boots...comfortable. I have told all of my friends about both you (you are wonderful...and Dutch!), and the incredible service you perform for us baby boomers. Hats off to you and your team!

Dear Chris, Thank you so much for being there yesterday when I desperately needed a pair of shoes that fit! I wore them the rest of the day and didn't want to take them off to get into bed (but I did). I am going to see Dr. Chong next Thursday but I would like to get a pair of black athletic shoes and a pair of black non-athletic shoes (SAS?) ... maybe you could think of what might fit my long slender archless foot. Thanks and I will pass the word to friends.

On my foot Dr.'s recommendation, I bought a Strasburg sock from your store for my Plantar fasciitis and really loved the response I got from using it regularly. The manager there was very informative & personalized the experience for me. Of course I also employed some OTC inserts & the appropriate shoes, but the sock worked wonders immediately. Then I tapered off and now use it intermittently, as the need arises. My soles feel great, now it's on to solving my ankle issues.

Since I've relocated to the bay area, I had not been happy with shoe selections many stores seem to have. I wear orthotics and always feel I take too much of the salesperson's time when I am shopping for shoes. But, I felt so comfortable talking to the salesman in this store. I felt like he knew exactly what I needed in a shoe.

I purchased two pairs of shoes just before leaving for two weeks of what I knew would be exhausting walking. Last year on the same trip my bad ankle and foot problems combined to put me in bed for two days. This year I walked for the entire two weeks and experienced only minimal pain and no real difficulty at all I consider it the best money I have spent in a long time. I was so pleased my husband went into the store and purchased a pair of New Balance to alleviate his feet problems. Then my physical therapist was so impressed with the shoes that she has started recommending them to clients and said she was going to visit the store for a pair of sandals for herself. I can't say enough good things!!
