Meet our Outstanding Shoe Fitters

  Lara L. Wepprecht

Lara, who has been with SHOES-n-FEET since 2002, joined our Federal Way team this year.   “I love my job!  Every day is a new and exciting adventure,” says Lara.  “I get to help people who are truly appreciative of my services and knowledge.  Customers have told me I was the first salesperson who REALLY listened to them.”  Lara’s motto: If your feet hurt, everything hurts and if Mama ain’t happy, no one’s happy!

Mike Duey

Mike has been happily selling shoes since 2003.  He has earned the nickname “Dr. Know” because of his ability to detect and solve many complicated foot, orthotic and shoe problems.   Mike is a skilled instructor and communicator who takes the time to educate his customers about their feet.   He also trains the entire staff for both our Federal Way and Tacoma stores and serves as in-house technical support. 

Diana Almquist

Diana had been wearing the wrong kind of shoes before she came to work for SHOES-n-FEET.  “I can’t believe what I had been settling for,” she says.  Now she enjoys sharing everything she has learned about feet, shoes and socks with her customers.    She loves hearing them say, “This is amazing!”  “I can’t believe how good this feels.”  Diana’s unqualified response?  “This is what we’re all about.”

  Angela Ingram

As our “floating” shoe fitter, Angela works in both our Federal Way and Tacoma stores where she is also in charge of ordering and inventory control.

“Shoes are my passion,” says Angela, “and making people feel good in them is my hobby.”    Being able to inform and educate customers about their feet and the supportive shoes that will help them is why she loves working at SHOES-n-FEET.
