Mike is great at fitting my 10-yr-old son and 8-yr-old daughter in affordable insoles. The both have incredibly flat feet that roll and your arch supporting inserts keep them walking well and able to do all the things kids should do. For my kids, new shoes mean a trip to SHOES-n-FEET.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes at SHOES-n-FEET -- something for all occasions because of foot problems that a Podiatrist referred me for. These shoes replaced about a dozen pair of shoes that were causing pain and really helped. Since then, I've been trying to replace a pair of my SHOES-n-FEET shoes due to age by going to many regular stores but cannot find any shoes that does not cause pain. I now know that my best option is to go back to SHOES-n-FEET where knowledgeable staff will assist me. I have since referred other people to SHOES-n-FEET with foot problems. When I was in the store, I had one-on-one professional assistance throughout my entire visit.

I have really appreciated the assistance I've received whenever I've gone to this store. Not only are they willing to bring out various styles and sizes to accommodate me, but they have really helped me with a pair that has developed a squeaky sound over time. They have also notified me about sales, and checked with other stores when a size is not available at this store. I love the shoes I have gotten here and will continue to shop here. I just wish there was a SHOES-n-FEET. store closer to me, say at South center.

Most stores these days are fit and serve yourself. It was so refreshing to go in and get good old fashioned customer service from the staff at SHOES-n-FEET.
