Kurt, at the Everett store took extra time with shoes I had bought previously and added Velcro and padding very graciously. He took extra time which I really appreciated as I was not able to wear one pair of shoes the way they were and he made my new orthotics fit much better than they had with my previous orthotics. I always get exceptional service whenever I go this store and have referred many people to it. The staff is to be applauded!

Love the store. Have shopped at Shoreline store since it opened and now live in Marysville so tried the Everett store. Found my favorite salesman has moved up from Shoreline to Everett. I always find at least 2 pairs of shoes to buy. Excellent service and staff very knowledgeable about the different brands and their features and differences between brands.

When my friend and I entered the store, Mgr. Kurt came to our assistance. There was no one else in the store at the time. While he was assisting us at least 10 different people entered and needed assistance. Kurt fitted us with shoes and asked if he could get the other people some service while we were checking out our shoes. We assured him that we were not in any rush and he should feel free to help the others. He did with the rest of his staff, and continued to keep checking on us and bringing us other shoes to try. He gave us his best advice on final choices based on our information as to what and where we would be utilizing these shoes. I ended up buying 2 pairs and my friend one pair. I shop once a year at your store and I have always enjoyed the personalized service.

Very impressed! I came into the store for shoelaces and ended up purchasing a pair of shoes. I was particularly interested in this store as my daughter has had an ankle fusion that she is currently recovering from. Her surgeon told her what kind of shoe he wanted her to be in and the salesperson knew immediately what I was talking about. I will be bringing my daughter in to the store by the end of the month. You can bet I will go nowhere else!!! What a wonderful surprise and treat to go into a shoe shop and NOT be handed a box of shoes and you are ON YOUR OWN. Your staff is wonderful!
