I recently bought a new pair of Naots as well as new Brooks walking shoes in the Bellevue store. They're super. The best thing is I brought back two pairs Munros that were giving me problems and your associate put new footbeds in them. I thought I wouldn't be able to wear them again, but they're reborn! Now I have 4 pairs of terrific shoes! Your new footbeds are great. Thank you so much.

Because of my feet being long & narrow (13B) the store didn't have what I wanted on hand. However, they able to order the walking shoes in the appropriate size. It took a while to get but was well worth the wait. I wore the shoes for a month of walking in Europe. Best shoes I have ever bought! Good products, good service.

Staff is "super helpful" in performing simple repairs on shoes and slippers when needed. If the shoe I need is temporarily out of stock, it is quickly ordered for me and I am contacted when item is received. I love that I can find the type of shoes that I was looking for. I bought a pair of Finn Comfort sandals a few years back in a tan color. Was looking this year for black same style and you had them. Also will get my new work shoes there when I can afford them (prices do seem a little high) compared to other shoe stores. However the selection is better and if you do need added support in the insoles I know you provide that service. The workers seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I was helped by Julie Stark. After explaining my needs, she instantly knew what manufacturer and style of shoe would be appropriate. She took great care to make sure I had a proper fit and spent a good deal of time bringing out various styles and colors to help me with my selection. She even went to added task of ordering one style in a few other colors for me. I will be making many repeat visits to your Bellevue store to see Julie for my footwear needs. This was my first visit to SHOES-n-FEET, and it was a great experience. I have to point out that Maria Lucio was pretty helpful. Her kind, professional demeanor was definitely appreciated, and I learned quite a bit about my feet. Since trying the Super feet and one of the Aravon shoes she recommended, my feet have felt a lot better and more comfortable over the past couple of weeks. Thank you! Wearing poor shoes have inevitably led me here but, I’m glad that I have both casual and dress shoes to choose from. I started having foot pain about 2 months ago and my mom has dealt with foot issues for several years. She recommended SHOES-n-FEET because they have a Pedorthist (sp?) on hand who could fit my feet and tweak the shoes to my particular needs. I needed to find something that was still aesthetically appealing for work and walked away with 2 new pairs along with a new set of athletic shoes. I'm blanking out on the gentlemen's name that helped me (young, shaved head, well dressed) but he was thoughtful, wasn't rushed and didn't try to push anything on me. Maria was amazing. She helped me figure out how to use my orthotics in not just the Naots I bought, but in all of my Naots! I had hundreds of dollars worth of sandals that were virtually unusable until I stopped into your store and met Maria. Additionally, she was kind and patient with my mom who recently had foot surgery and is lamenting the ugly motion control shoes she has to wear.

I love shopping at your store. There is sometimes a wait so I try to provide enough time to wait and check out shoes and then when I get a helper, they focus on me entirely until I am satisfied. I had a problem I couldn't really articulate at the beginning and they worked it through and solved my problem. With the orthotics I wear, your personnel go out of their way to fit them in, modifying the shoes if necessary. I am absolutely thrilled to wear sandals with the support I need because your people have adjusted the actual shoe!
